At Japanese Green Tea Shop, we strive for the highest quality in every harvest, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened tea products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of food items, opened packages cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely in their original shipping box to prevent damage during transit, including a copy of your packing slip.
Ship and Refund
Send the package to our distribution center; once we inspect the items, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
